“For the first time, I felt like someone truly saw my child - not just their behaviors. Our BCBA from Compassionate Behavior Analysis took the time to understand who my son is and what matters to him. The progress we’ve seen goes far beyond goals on paper. He’s more confident, connected, and joyful in ways that feel lasting. This approach has changed the way we think about support.”

“Working with CBA was a completely different experience. Our BCBA didn’t arrive with a checklist - she came with curiosity, empathy, and collaboration. She worked one-on-one with our daughter and guided us as parents every step of the way. We felt heard, supported, and empowered to help our child thrive. This model is what compassionate care should look like.”

“What stood out most was how this model focuses on the whole person and the full journey, not arbitrary prescriptions or treatment hours. Our BCBA helped my son transition into adulthood with kindness, dignity, and real-life skills that matter. We’ve seen growth that feels authentic, not forced. Compassionate Behavior Analysis has given our family tools and hope we’ll carry forward for years to come.”

We support neurodivergent children, teens, and adults who struggle with emotional regulation, academics, or low self-confidence. We also work with parents and behavior analysts (BCBAs) seeking evidence-based tools, coaching, and mentorship to create meaningful change.
We provide 1:1 applied Relational Frame Theory (RFT) assessment and training, academic tutoring (math, reading, writing, comprehension), ACT-based instruction, and canine-assisted therapy. Services are tailored to your needs and delivered by a BCBA-led team.
Yes! We offer ACT-informed cognitive behavioral coaching for parents of neurodivergent kids and teens. Our goal is to equip you with compassionate, practical strategies that support your child’s growth - and your own.
CBA offers coaching, continuing education (CE) courses, and mentorship in RFT, precision teaching, and therapeutic design. We’re also launching a signature group coaching program—the Private Pay BCBA Accelerator—to help BCBAs break free from burnout and build thriving one-tier private practices.
We offer virtual services across the U.S. and some international locations. Our team members are located in different parts of the world, so we’re flexible and creative with delivery!
