Acceptance & Commitment Training for Kids and Teens

We are in this together – we are passionate about helping kids understand and work with their emotions (e.g., anxiety, stress, anger). We help them notice and name their emotions (name it to tame it!), normalize emotions (we all have them!), identify their values, make values-based decisions, and have more flexible perspective-taking, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

For example: Choice Points! Do I get really angry and fight with my best friend or do I remember what’s important to me and try to talk to my best friend about what just happened?!
